We treat every device like it still contains sensitive information — because it might. Our process:

Each device is logged with an asset ID and stored in a secure area with restricted access.

All storage media (HDD/SSD) is sanitized using an overwrite procedure. On request, we can provide a certificate of data destruction per asset.

Drives are spot-checked to confirm overwrite completion; devices failing verification are re-processed.

Functional devices are refurbished and resold; otherwise, they are responsibly recycled through certified partners.

Can you wipe SSDs too?

Yes. We apply appropriate secure-erase or overwrite methods depending on media type and condition.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes, we can issue a signed certificate of data destruction listing asset IDs and wipe method.

Bulk removals?

We can schedule on-site pickup, provide containers, and coordinate with your IT team.
